Sales Intelligence Experts is where I put the tools and the writing that do not belong on a personal site.

The idea is simple: most sales teams cannot tell you where their pipeline leaks, and the tools that would tell them are locked behind a demo call. So the diagnosis should be free.

What is live

A speed-to-lead grader that scores a team across five dimensions, bands the result, and generates an AI diagnosis of what specifically is wrong. Plus a CRM health score, a revenue-loss calculator, and a sequence generator. Lead capture writes to D1, with an admin view behind HMAC-signed session cookies implemented on Web Crypto.

It runs as an Astro SSR app on a Cloudflare Worker, with scoring on Workers AI.

Where it is going

Away from “agency with a services page” and toward an open project: more free tools, playbooks worth reading, and a newsletter. The tools are the front door and the writing is the reason to come back.
